FINALLY, lack-attack I had never seen you taking a matter so personal. This is obviously orchestrated or at least strongly influenced by wicked. You should let the mods be the bad guys here, not good for your investment. You should have a buffer, this happens in every kind of business.

I'm not taking this personally. The matter was referred to me and I decided to handle it instead of passing the buck. In fact, Andy and I conducted a joint investigation and we both agreed that the facts point to something fishy going on.

If you had logged on and saw that clockwork took one of your turns, why didn't you just take the rest before you left? Or why didn't you instruct clockwork or scott-land to play your 1v1 matches against AM instead of donating all of those points?

But if you knew that you were leaving, why did you set up all of those games with ABSOLUTE_MASTER in the first place?

You personally logged in the night of the 18th (3 times after clockwork took your turns, yet you never tried to take any yourself?), and you were back by the 21st. So you missed 3 days, not 5. Conveniently you were absent a few minutes shy of 72 hours.

But the problem is this:

Between 6-17 23:24 and 6-18 23:24, you personally logged into CC 5 times. Not scott-land, not clockwork....you logged on repeatedly, you knew you were going to be away, and yet you didn't take any of your turns. That looks like it was orchestrated in my opinion as well. Especially since you were also planning on leaving the site, as it turns out.

I haven't been the same since, I've had to talk to a terapist. I'm thinking on suing CC. They took my money, banned me without reason and then took all my points that I had worked so hard to get. Really now? You asked Scott and Clock to take your turns. You then watched clock take your turn in one of the singles games, and you questioned why he was doing so. You must have known you were leaving in a few hours since you had asked them to take your turns, yet you never made an effort to play the moves yourself. You continued to login 3 more times after clock started taking your turns, all while knowing that you were going to leave, and yet you let yourself miss the first turn.

I don't know when you first found out that you were leaving, but at the time in question you knew that you were going to be gone. Otherwise you wouldn't have set people up to take your turn in the triples game.

By the way, I didn't even remember that you were the one insulting me in a drunken stupor until just now. Thanks for the reminder though

Hmmm, upon rereading I found the above statement which stands out quite a bit.

You didn't tell Clock to take your turns vs ABS because you had given clock your password BEFORE you were in the games with ABS? Am I reading that right?

If so, that means that you KNEW you were going away (I'm not sure if I should repeat that 3 more times for you or not) and yet you set up a bunch of games with ABS anyway, freestyle no less, all of which would be over before you returned.

Then after you set up the games with ABS you continued to login (as I have said many times) but you didn't have time to PM clock and say 'hey, I'm in a bunch of other games now, can you take those turns as well?'....instead, you even questioned why he was taking those turns. Almost as if you had instructed him not to, or at the very least wished that he wouldn't.

The matter in hand is whether 2 members attempted to rig the system,I think they did but again if you think their actions were ok then so be it. In each of the 50 suspect games nietzsche missed turns on the 18th, 19th and 20th of June with one exception.

In game 537715 it appears that nietzsche accidentally took a turn on the 18th and therefore took one day longer to be auto-kicked. He/she even wrote in the game chat:

2007-06-18 01:28:28 - nietzsche: how come i'm taking turns?

During this period nietzsche was also playing triples in game 520937 and did not miss any turns.

So it seems like this was orchestrated. I have blocked nietzsche & ABSOLUTE_MASTER from playing together and gave them both score resets as punishment.

I can vouch for Nietz during the triples game. I normally save all the requests I get for taking someone's turns but deleted all 7 or 8 of them a few days ago-- cleaning out my Inbox/Savebox. I received a pm from Clockwork asking me to take Nietz's triples turn for him, so as requested I took the turn in game #520937. Indeed you are mistaken-- he did miss that turn in question. I'm sure you can confirm this with Clockwork.

Like i said it's forgotten CB-- I brought it up because you are complaining about something you did and now someone has done to you. I have no doubts about that. As I said, its pretty clear that you and clock each logged in for him once (clear at least once I knew to look for it, which is why lack missed it originally).

I decided to stop playing, I was gonna deadbeat all my games but felt sorry for my trips partners, with whom I had signed up for a full tourny, so I gave my password to Clockwork, and recommended Scott to take my turns although I told Clock the decision was his. Then, when the whole matter of ban incident happened I kept loging on to read the posts and post when I was allowed to and also took some turns in the games I had decided to deadbeat.. why? well, why not?

It was during those days that ABS challenged me --the challenge I already explained--, I took her challenge and set up the games. She joined and I was able to start the games, but waited for the mood to start taking my 50 turns (less actually, since she got to start some games too). A few hours after, or minutes I don't recall, I logged in again, and saw someone taking a turn in one of the games against ABS, I joined and asked, in a sarcastic manner "how come I'm taking turns".. although I figured out instantly that it was either Clockwork or someone else chosen by Clock to take my turns in that trips game. Later that day I received the news I had to be in another city ASAP, so I left. During those days I even checked my e-mail once or twice, but had absolutely no time to take my turns on CC.

Alright, if it isn't clear this time I give up.

I could care less about my score but I felt obliged to try to get ABS' points back, because this matter is absolutely all my fault. wicked was unsatisfied of my penis and started all this drama.

Please, either give us back our money or gives back our points.

I can't tell you CB-- on one hand it looks like they did but the most obvious has been overlooked. Someone of Abs intelligence and integrity doesn't do something like that. Let's suppose it was a plan to undermine the point system and catapult her to the top of the leader board. There are obvious questions one has to ask themselves. For an example--- someone will wonder where those points came from ? Or-- how would she get away with it ? Or-- What would she have to gain? Or the most obvious-- no one will believe he deadbeated and nothing would come about?
Let's assume that Nietz deadbeated on purpose to give one last 'f*ck you bye' to CC and the Mods. That makes Abs guilty by association? Just because she was in the games with him..... that doesn't seem fair to her... to discredit and accuse her of cheating .

What do I think ?

Abs have told me on repeated occasions that points are of no interest to her. So what's the motive? I think it's highly probable that Nietzshe did this to create a big wave of turmoil in the CC community and Abs got caught in the middle. I can't see what she would gain by all this. And it's pretty silly to think that she could get away with it and it would draw no attention to herself on how she gained 600/700 points or whatever it was.
