OFFENDERS WITH MULTIPLE FEEDBACK REMOVED

can we please design a system that singles out feedback offenders that leave more than 2-3 feedbacks on a players account that needs to be removed.

perhaps a 3 strike policy ?

the mods are doing a great job removing the improper feedback, but lets put a system in place where if a player leaves feedback that needs to be removed, their account is locked from leaving feedback for a period of time as soon as the mods remove the 3rd example. Perhaps this will save the mods some time with dealing with the complaints and also punish the offenders wasting everyones time.

Not sure I'm understanding exactly what you're getting at (2nd left for one person?), but there is a system in place. The reason the deleted feedback stays on a person's record is so when if we get another complaint, we can see what previously got deleted and issue a feedback ban where appropriate. When deleting, we look at all of the negatives each person involved left, and "clean up" their account. If we have to go back later once they've already rec'd the "warning" PM, then that's when we start looking at feedback bans.
