He doesn't play the game , and never has since he joined the site.

If he had a game in play, even just one, i'd take my name off the list immediately.

This is primarily a risk styled gaming site, and i believe that playing the game should be a requirement to posting in the forums. There have been countless threads in site ideas in the other site i visit on this very issue.

Grateful Dead was an American rock band
formed in 1965 in San Francisco, California.[1]
The band was known for its unique and eclectic style,
which fused elements of rock, folk, bluegrass, blues, country, jazz, psychedelia, space music[2][3] and gospel—

The Grateful Dead's fans, some of whom followed the band

Many followers referred to the band simply as The Dead.

Their musical influences varied widely,
and in concert or on record album one can hear
psychedelic rock (in the late sixties), the blues,
rock nuggets, country-western, bluegrass,
country-rock, and although they rarely played jazz music,
the band certainly borrowed for their music the kind of
long improvisatory sequences that jazz artists such as
Charles Mingus and John Coltrane perfected in the 1950s.
These various influences were distilled into a diverse
and psychedelic whole that made the Grateful Dead

Rubik's Cube (commonly misspelled rubix, rubick's or rubics cube)
is a mechanical puzzle invented in 1974[1]
by the Hungarian sculptor and professor of architecture Ernő Rubik. Originally called the "Magic Cube" by its inventor,
this puzzle was renamed "Rubik's Cube" by Ideal Toys in 1980 [1]
and also won the 1980 German "Game of the Year"
special award for Best Puzzle. It is said to be the world's best-selling toy, with some 300,000,000 Rubik's Cubes and imitations sold worldwide.[2]

A Rubik's Cube has nine square facelets on each side,
giving fifty-four facelets in total, and occupies a volume
of twenty-seven unit cubes. Typically, the faces of the cube
are covered by nine stickers in six solid colours; there is one
colour for each side of the cube. When the puzzle is solved,
each face of the cube is a solid colour. The cube celebrated its
twenty-fifth anniversary in 2005, when a special edition cube
in a presentation box was released, featuring a sticker in the
centre of the reflective face (which replaced the white face) with

The puzzle comes in four widely available versions:
the 2×2×2 ("Pocket Cube"), the 3×3×3 standard cube,

of creating cubes beyond the 5×5×5, up to 11×11×11 level.
His designs, which include improved mechanisms for the 3×3×3,

whereas existing designs for cubes larger than 3×3×3 are
prone to breaking.[4] As of June 1st, 2007, these designs are
still being tested and are not widely available yet, although

I don't know if he's broken any rules. But I agree the guy should start playing some games. Personally, I think the guy is annoying and funny at the same time.

If he'd play a game, I'm pretty sure he'd get busted for being a multi, so I vote ban him. That being said, my vote means the same as anyone not named Lack. Zilch.
We are guaranteed freedom of speech, but nobody has to give them a voice. Which is why newspapers can refuse to publish advertising from hate groups. Say whatever you want, but no one has to amplify you. Lack owns the forums, so if he gets annoyed, he'll ban the guy. If not, he won't.
