If we define "holding" like the action of let open the turn (let the point of your name in yellow) for controling that nobody play before you want... I think this is a very coward and sad strategie. If all the players do this, so the risk game became a shit. Can you imagine all the players moving at the last second before lose the turn? Do you think that this is a interesting way to play? We are talking about risk? Or this is the game of the chairs and the people dancing around who seat when the music turn off?
