I, and many like me, will gladly pay an extra $5 a year if you clean up the site by getting rid of deadbeaters. They may not be violating any rule in particular, but they ARE violating the spirit of the site.

So if their paid fees are the issue. Refund their money and charge me more. I will happily pay.
