A new 3rd rule which covers any abuse of the game which can (and has) been carrried out. <Body>:
Suggestion Idea:
New rule:
3. No gross game play which is carried out with the intention of ruining and/or reducing the experience of one or a number of members.
Why it is needed:
As of late there as been many punishments handed out for a number of events which arn't covered under the current rule system (Deliberate deadbeating, attacking teammates excessivly etc) . By implimenting this 3d rule. Players have a better idea of what is expected of them and understand there will be punishment for breaking this rule.
although i agree a third rule should be introduced to stop the things you discuss above, it is important to keep the rules concise and clear. Vague rules will result in a drift of EVEN MORE power to mods like wicked(!) Im sure we all agree thats a bad thing.

the rule is suppose to be vague as to cover all possible events of foul play
and if it covers game stuff, isn't that more like lack's department anyway...and the other mods cover the forum...so we wouldn't have to worry about mod power and such...

Thats actually what our Human race calls common sence
But yes good idea friend. Some people do need it there.
*shrugs* i've never seen you guys ban someone for being evil like pyro, and you always say that you don't do the multi hunting, so thats not the whole site...
While this really stop people like acting like douches? They probably dont care if there is a rule about it. That's almost like saying that people cant download illegal music, no one really cares.....

Untill you get a £3000 bill and a court sentance, or in this case, banned.

rules need to be clearly defined to prevent lack having to deal with cases of "that mod banned me for nothing" and "why did i get banned for this when he didnt" etc
When the "third rule", i.e. the as-of-yet unpublished catchall common sense rule, has been invoked in the past, it's involved discussion among the entire modsquad. I foresee that continuing in the future.

cant see it being "officially" intdroduced then? as in added to the rules tab?
