Oddly, these players always take their turns back to back. Also, didn't fortify borders touching each other. Am I just being paranoid or are these players cheating?

the player is zombie73, not 76.

Feel free to leave them feedback if you think they had a secret alliance. Please note however that you took your turns just as quickly as they did at times, they were not always "back to back" and they announced a truce in game chat.
