Merged: Standardized Tournament Labels

Yes that would work, but I want all official tournaments (i.e. with tournament labels) to be open tourneys with public threads. Behind the scenes we are beginning to link tournaments with threads. This is also a policy decision.

Like I said about a compromise - if you have any ongoing private tournaments I would be willing to give you a label temporarily until it's over (then we will remove the labels from the games).

I have just 1 tournament to be finished, but I had another 4 which were about to start.

So I guess it is a "no" for the any new tournaments...

Oh well, tough luck Andrew, and the rest of the clan members...

I would not need a label for the current tournament.

UPDATE:

The great tournament label cleanup is finally done.

There are now 210 items in the game finder picklist, each one an official tournament with a topic in the forum.

Are you going to keep all the labels there of tournaments that have been over for quite a long time?? It will be very full if so.

Eventually we'll replace it with a better interface, but for now the picklist will do.
