lokisgal and wild_tiger in game 578004 you can see for oyur self that they go at the same exact time and wild_tiger goes first and wild fortifies to loki then back to tiger then back to loki and there is no way they can fortify that much without each other knowing what to do. Wild_tiger is from the netherlands and he types clear american so you can see that for yourself. i believe that this is a double account and they should be susspendend or kicked from conquer club
