Hmm. I think I'm going to have to say no to hyphenated words. There are too many things that can be potentially hyphenated. So, sorry, but you can't use "pint-sized."

Hmmm... the word "pinta" is Spanish; I'm not sure it's usage as a skin disease counts as an English word.
