The first series was the best IMO (although most people go for 'Blackadder Goes Forth')

The only thing I don't like about the first series was the fact that Edmund was just a complete dope throughout.

I like the second through fourth series because he became much more caustic and sharp-tongued.

The UK includes all of the islands around Britain, such as Isle of Wight, Isle od Man, Shetland Islands etc.. and Northern Ireland.

GB does not include NI or the surrounding islands.

On topic, I love Blackadder, my favourite episode is in Blackadder 2 (I think) when they execute the prisoner early and try to cover it up.

blackadder series 2 and 3 are the best ones. series 1 is testing the water to see what they can get away with, as series 4 is old hat a bit with the same jokes in a different setting. as for the gb thing not including northern ireland. BOLLOCKS WTF are you talking about Ulster is part of Great Britain ask 2 thirds of the people that live there.

Mebbe. I've got to be honest, I was a teenager when I wtached most of it, but the WWI one was the one that stuck in my mind, especially that ending.
