Well, on one hand I understand why would XC not simply spill out the fact he was a survivor, on the other I still think he was the most obvious choice for a scum recruiter after that. Again, it's about avoiding risks at this point.

There is no detriment to claiming survivor in this mafia game. Most vanillas are survivors. I remember someone said aimless made it that way to even the odds since the town has multiple lynches.
Also, it seemed like you slipped up here. I said it before: TOWNIES HAVE NO REASON TO LIE! It seems to me that you fake claimed vanilla and now that everyone is accusing you because of the whole survivor thing you change it up.

I say today we lynch wicked, exile, moz, xen, and myself. The first four have a good chance of being scum IMO and the last is for anyone who doubts me.

Not at all. You're the only that claimed, and we had just lynched the recruiter's goon. So in this position, I really think it's between a riskless choice (you) or a gamble that would be highly beneficial if it works (wicked).
