I'm not a premium member & I have no complaints, at all. Sometimes the dice work for me, sometimes against. The 3 x 2 system tends to play out in favor of the defender; but it was that way on the traditional board game, too.
It can be frustrating, but remember what Sherman said as he burned his way to the sea... "War is hell!" Then make sure you attack with overwhelming numbers to try and assure a victory... try to assure one, anyway.
Out of sheer boredom, I had a look at a couple of your games, KnightWulfe, and, though the gamelogs aren't detailed enough for me to prove it, it does look like you might be making 2 v 2 attacks (where there are 3 attackers and 3 defenders). You are aware that the odds are against you in a 2v2 situation?
Anyway, why bother counting the rolls? Just get the dice analyzer. The picture below shows my results so far.
(EDIT: You'll notice that all the dice rolls & win percentages are more or less as you'd expect them to be if the dice were random, but that's probably just because I'm premium...)

No effort is required. (Or at any rate, considerably less effort than the amount you appear to have already put in, in counting your wins.) The dice analyzer is available in the Plugins & Addons forum. And you will probably find, as you can see from my post above, that the dice perform more or less as random dice would be expected to do.
if u want to have dice like the pros up top with premium, give me $20 and i'l lead u to the underground world of CC, where the real dice controller are.
Time to retire this much loved sig of mine with a new clan.
what people dont realize is that if something is truly random then sometimes you will get results that dont seem random. GO flip a coin 1000 times. I bet you anything that you dont get exactly 500 heads and 500 tails. That would of still been random though. Take a deck of cards. SHuffle as much or as little as you want. Now deal out the cards as if playing texas holdem. Someone might get pocket aces. Does that mean that the deck wasnt shuffled?

1vs1 or 2vs2?
No....
Things like 17vs3 and 10vs5 are more common than attacking where odds are that crappy.
hes not talking about armies hes talking about die #. like 3attacking dice against 2 defending ones.
I am aware.
For example - a turn I played today -
I had 10 armies, he had 1 army. That is 3 attackers and 1 defender. That is 3 dice to 1 die 8 times. I lost every one. and that is a regular and common occurance. The 17 to 3 Went 3 to 3, then 3 to 2, then I lost 4, then is was 3 to 1 until I was down to 2.
I understand odds. I understand how the game works. I understand strategy. I get playing the odds. I use overwhleming numbers. I STILL OSE. I am just having so many games of continuous and crappy luck that it appears that the die algorithm is seriously off balance.
By the way - if you think CC is bad, you should see the rolls in BG2's infinity engine. the amount of times I've lost to mind flayers when I had -25 armour class and the only way they could kill my guy would be to hit him 3 times in a row with a critical hit is insane.
Disclaimer: if you don't understand any of the above, just stop at the first line.

Moral of the story: the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.
I expect it some. But not in every single game, with the majority of my attacks. MAYBE 2 in 15 go my way. Otherwise, it is just horrendous.
However, if the die generator is something that is shared with the thousand and thousands of players here on the site, as was suggested by a few different people and not just random for me and my roles, that is an explanation. I just keep getting the shallow end of the die rolling pool.

check out how the die are called from random.org on the faq page. I find that if i am having bad rolls, i dont keep pressing attack, i wait a bit for a new dice page to load up and then go, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but i'm getting a lot less long streaks of bad rolls.
