Loophole in terminatro game

I have just played a terminatro one on one game. He deadbeated. I guess you know who it was since it is done in 400 games.

My point is only this.

What if I start a game. If I see I get a bad start I deadbeat.

It is really really hard to kill someone in 3 turns so then I dont lose any points.

Bad start =deadbeat

Good start = Play as normal

This shouldnt be ok I think.

Killing someone in 3 turns CAN be done, though it's not easy. I think it's easiest to do it in team games where you can fortify your partners and maximize the number of attacks done/round.

does this mean that if i start a ton of 1v1 games, and only play in the ones where i get awesome starts and deadbeat the rest, that is legal?

I would imagine that you shortly have dozens of bad feedback comments, making it harder and harder to get people to join your 1vs1 games...
