I think Nag made an honest mistake and really thought his scum buddies could kill him and get away with it. It doesn't make sense if he was just trying to make Freezie pass as town.

Ok Freezie needs to be nominated, that's fine. But putting your vote right away on him kinda covers the need for you to do a real vote or really look for scum.
Oh, and Jake managed to random vote Mgoop twice on day 1. Yes, that Jake, master of the obvious and scum goon in his spare time.
Now, taken individually, I realize that these elements aren't looking overly scummy. But the accumulation of them, and the fact that after day 2 scum would obviously need to keep a very low profile, makes my scumdar ping.
