but what flag should i take, i have no idea wich one

this is the other flag, which is used by the republic of china (taiwan).

in response to another query, here is a wikipedia link showing a map of chinese provinces including ningxia, the four municipalities and the position of aksai chin (which appears to be split administratively between xinjiang and tibet).

It should be. It needs very good and cautious polishing so it can reveal itself as magnificent and outstanding. Makes it even more enjoyable too. I don't know what made Wisse make a map of China, but I think it's good.

4. dunno what aksai chin is if you could let it see on a map i can mayby do something about it
5. i mean it can kill it so it leaves 1 neutral army (its part of the new xml update)

This, and I think perhaps one other thing wisse mentioned he would change. Whenever he's around, he can post the latest versions of the map, but until then, there isn't much we can do.

I think this might have been brought up a while ago but I still have a problem with the army circles

The one on the left (gray number) is the current circle. The number is not centered. I believe it is a pixel to tall and makes the number not centered.

The one on the right has a circle that allows the number to be centered.

sorry but its perfecty centered, when i zoom in i can count the pixels and it is good, the differense between yours and mine is that yours is a 22px army
and mine a 24px, check the tiny version for the 22px army

it's actually NOT centered. there's more space under the 88 than above it.

ok here is it:

actually from left to right it is good centered and from down to up not

if i put in my army number it is always one to high or to low...
i don't know how to fix this, i have always have this problem with army shades and i thought i was finely rid of it

edit: i think i know something it could do the trick

update:

its only the big one with the armys in it because i am not done with the tiny version but i wanted to see if this is good
i am also not done with editing the xml

but whats in this update:

-a self designed signature (because i saw cairns with his and i liked it)
-changed kashmir logo in the legend
-changed some names that weren't good
-changed "china" into "greater china"
-put the flag of taiwan in it
-changed army circles they are now finely exactly in the middle

did i forgot to change something? tell me

Most people know my stance on map signatures, as I view a map as a piece of art. I like to see signatures which flow and are unobtrusive. Signatures that blend into the background, or that are transparent, are ones that I prefer.

But in the end, it is your signature, and you can do it the way you like. (Though I might make it a little smaller, so it doesn't look so odd compared to the style and theme of the map.)
