So, neither of you all were right.

You CANNOT vote no lynch. Rule 5 forbids it.

Mandy CANNOT modkill at the end of the day, because, according to rule 12, a no lynch is forced instead.

Fircoal CANNOT be right. Against Murphy's law of pikachus.
