Facebook

Post by jaydog »

Hey lack, i think you should start a link/page on facebook on behalf of CC,
I have a category of favorite games and stuff, but my true favorite isn't in there. Also i think that would be the likely home of CC anonymous as started so long ago by Cenamom.

Maybe you can approach them and they could help you get the real time games you want, and by you I mean me, and give you an added publicity boost. buy working something out with the existing free four games, and them pushing your site on theirs.

I dunno, but CC should definaty be represented on facebook

:-s
And, again in english?

I believe that Lack should create a facebook account for this site.
Many political leaders have created facebook pages to promote themselves, and I am pretty sure you wouldn't have to ask Facebook if you can put yourself on their site.

Also, if you're going to go on facebook, you might as well go on myspace.

And the "CCA" is a good idea, although personally I wouldn't use it, because I don't plan on quiting anytime soon ;)

Thanks,
-John

I really don't think that Conquer Club needs to be officially representing itself on Facebook. If you think the New Recruit deadbeat problem is bad, wait until you start doing something like this.....

I have a facebook account, and my friends showed me Scrabulous (it's a flash scrabble game), and I've been playing for a week now. Lots of fun.

But there's a Risk game on there already: ATTAC!. I haven't tried it yet though, as I find cc more than enough Risk to fill my need for the moment =)

But would be cool to have some kinda CC app on facebook, so we can share our info, stat, ranking, etc with our friends on there.

I believe the political leader/candidate profiles are actually created by facebook staff, and then the political leaders take the opportunities to use them.

An "official" CC presense may be a breech of FB's terms of use (advertising/spam) except in the form of an application. A FB group of CC users, however (as I'm sure already exists), would be different.
