Suggestion: Automated live chat message

* Suggestion Idea: If you post a 6 digit number or "rt?" in the Social room of chat you automatically get booted to/told to go to callouts.
* Specifics: Should be relatively easy to code (akin to the noflood script) and I and others think it's needed. It wouldn't be entirely foolproof, but it'd take the majority of them out, leaving only those who are doing it on purpose - who we can't get rid of any easier without this.
* Why it is needed: would save people repeating to people to go to callouts instead of posting game numbers in the wrong rooms, and mods the hassle of booting them whenever they're in there.

I think most of the issues would be solved if the default channel was Callouts rather than Social.

it could be a good thing, people would just have to remember to type with a space if they need to say a number not game related, and evuntally the number will have to be changed to 8

people would just have to watch that they don't post 6 digit numbers, maybe put a space in them, this would solve the accidental people that should be in callouts at least
