I did this before in a mafia game you tool. I just like making your opinions obsolete. Usually because they involve Pikachu.Fircoal wrote:How is mine not valid.Minister Masket wrote: All Wii based opinions on here (except for Fircoal's) are valid, because people have played them.I've played the wii. Why do people say the PS3 is expensive? For goodness sake, stuff likefurniture costs more. I've seen chairs that require like £2000 in cold hard cash.RAMB0.36 wrote:wii

Hadn't heard about this. Got a link?AndrewLC wrote:What about the Beta? You get to see the gameplay there dumbass.Minister Masket wrote:Halo 3 is completely over-rated.
All I've seen for it so far are 2 trailers with some good graphics. THAT'S it. You have no idea on the gameplay, because none has been shown. So how can it be better when it isn't even a game yet? You can't.
The graphics weren't even that special. Square Enix can do better with their eyes closed.
Now with Killzone 2, we have a trailer that shows gameplay.
So I know how it plays.
All Wii based opinions on here (except for Fircoal's) are valid, because people have played them.
All Halo 3 based opnions are not valid, beacause people haven't.
Clear now?

But you expect furniture to cost that much cause most pieces of furniture do. Paying £425 for a console is way too much. £300 should really be a top figure.Minister Masket wrote:Why do people say the PS3 is expensive? For goodness sake, stuff likefurniture costs more. And I haven't seen anything to make me think the 360 is unreliable. Care to explain?
Hey retard, thats furniture for rich people, not a console for college students trying to pay off student fees and what not. Next you'll try justifying the ps3's price tag by comparing it with a car.Minister Masket wrote:Why do people say the PS3 is expensive? For goodness sake, stuff likefurniture costs more. Yep, although it still doesn't redeem it as a console. I bought the thing for Melee, and to this day that's the only game I play on it (although I did break down and get Double Dash and Rebel Strike).static_ice wrote:

Why should £300 be a top figure? Computers usually sell for well over that mark.Titanic wrote:But you expect furniture to cost that much cause most pieces of furniture do. Okay, but why buy a PS3 when an Xbox is cheaper and can do the same stuff and more? And don't just speculate that the PS3 will get some use once the games start becoming more advanced, because I already said why that'd never happen.Minister Masket wrote:Why should £300 be a top figure? Don't forget that it costs about £850 to make a PS3, yet you can buy one for £425. Bargain!
Also don't forget that there will be a price drop come next year. There always is.
As for Mr Mongler's picture. Well the girls are clearly different.
Perhaps the Wii promotes adultery? Bad chat-up lines also.

And you fucking don't know anything about the 360 if you didn't know about the red light of death and the 33% failure rate.

And its not like the guy was fucking married to the first chick, he has casual sex with all his cute, young female customers. You know why? Because sex is a good thing and is much funner then working to buy a shitty overpriced console with shitty games.
Defend the PS3 all you want but its complete shit and its horrendous sale figures prove what a retarded console it is. Only a complete moron with to much cash on his hands would buy a piece of shit like it.

did you try Resident Evil 4? that's like the second best game on the system, IMO... or you could just buy the Wii versionArbustos wrote:Yep, although it still doesn't redeem it as a console. computers sell for more because they attract more committed gamers. Consoles are meant to be more casual and accessible by more financially-limited people. It doesn't matter if its a bargain, it still costs more. That's like trying to convince a homeless person to buy a multi-million dollar estate because he can get 90% off. He still can't afford itMinister Masket wrote: Why should £300 be a top figure? Computers usually sell for well over that mark.

Blu-Ray is doomed.Minister Masket wrote: It can't play Blu-Ray
It can't play MGS4, Ratchet + Clank, Haze, Insomnia, Half-Life, etc.
And it can't save the world by doing scientific formulas that research into cancer.
Italic - Perhaps America has more girl gamers than Britain. The only species of the female I've seen in game shops are mothers to young children. I am not joking.
Not true! All products drop in price after a certain amount of time. The same is said for consoles.static_ice wrote:

No, that's one game I know I've missed out on. What are you talking about? Everywhere I look, the PS3 is still selling for £425. The only difference is that now you get another console and game included. The real price drop will come next year, following the pattern of the PS1 + PS2.Titanic wrote:Not all products...Minister Masket wrote:Not true! Normally price drops are just natural deterioration and the product becoming old and replaced. The PS3 isn even a year old, and theres been a price drop or two. Because Sony themselves dropped the prices, it means that the PS3 is not selling as well as they wanted it too.

In North America there has been a price drop. Sony decided to keep the PS3 at a ridiculous £425 in the UK. I think Australia is the only market in which they are outselling both the Wii and PS3, but that dusn make much difference in the big picture. Btw, the PS3 has actually shipped 1.8million more units that it has showed, which shows that demand for the PS3 has already faltered within its first year.Minister Masket wrote:What are you talking about?
