After a little re-reading of my own, I would have to say that I stand with my former statement. Yes, Balsifen's posts only concerned NES, but, truth be told, that entire first day was more or less about NES and his noobishness. Anyway, I consider his points to be quite valid. NES tried to pin scummyness on Fircoal, and Balfisen responded with why this made no sence. Then he made some wild acusation about something or other, and Balsifen rebutted that too.Skittles! wrote:After re-reading, I've come to suspect Balsiefan (or whatever his name is). He always countered what NES said, and never gave a thought to what NES was saying. Even if other things came up, he always just went after NES.
That may make no sense to you, but I suggest to go back and re-read.
vote balsiefan (or whatever)
Ok, at this point a couple of people (including skittles) had already voted NES. I only FOS’d him and I think my points were valid for day one where no-one else had made a slip upBalsiefen wrote:Unvote

vote: NES
I will warn thee all one LAST time, You have caught the wrong man...
Do not get me wrong, but I am quite suspicious about Fircoal, and with that, my vote stays.
My internet is thankfully improving at the least.
Ive had a look at fir's posts, why do you think he's out to get everyone? He's only random voted once and he has'nt really accused too many people.
FOS Nes I may choose to turn this into a vote soon
This was more advice to him than anything else, I thaught if he was a noob making bad posts he could turn it around from hereBalsiefen wrote:At the moment your getting the worst of both worlds, If you are not mafia, the mafia now know you have some kind of power role, your roleclame however is not specific so it sounds like you are afraid of saying what you really are in case the person who really has the power role exposes you
Your still sounding pretty scummy to me
That was my response”NES” wrote:EXCUSE ME for not being the world's best convincer... Persuasive essays were NEVER my thing... So LYNCH ME IF YOU MUST, but I say that you should not if you know what is good for you...
And because I said MAY does not mean I HAVE A ROLE.
At this point I finally voted him, I hoped putting him at -1 would make him more able to come up with a meaningful responseBalsiefen wrote:NESconqueror wrote: Hold the PRESSES. Sure a kill may not happen, but that leaves the townies alive and well.
No it doesn't, not when the mafia kill off someone, and we won't have learned anything
How will the doctors know which students are under attack? they could just as easily protect the mafia. As for you, you confuse everyone with vuagely hinting at power roles which leaves you suspicious to both mafia and town. I'm not trying to get you to roleclaim here but if you are town i will be very suprised if the mafia let you survive the night. Honistly though, you've given me very little reason to believe you are town. That would allow the doctor(s) to defend any students under attack by the nerds
Not our problem mate. I wish to be spared for once! (I am tired of being the day one killed [first game left me that way])

Sure it seems pretty much the same. I was going along with you that it's probably a smart player. And I said that it probably isn't a random shot. But we'll see.Skoffin wrote: Well for the death of LSU I'm assuming someone either shot randomly, or we have a smart player on our hands.
Err.. not sure about the Life-saver one though, anyone have any crazy theories?

Has been a tad quiet lately.
and:Skittles! wrote:Why would I want to him to roleclaim? Pushing someone to roleclaim is considered scummy. 3-skittles!-trying to get NES from evoiding a role claim at -1 lynch. That can either mean that they are both scum, and skittles was trying to both, prevent him from giving himself away and distract attention from him. Or that Skittles is scum and NES isnt and skittles wanted to make sure that nes didnt give a role claim thus proving himself innocent.
How would NES not role-claiming prove I'm innocent? It doesn't prove anything except the mafia has a clear target of a possibly power pro-town role. If the Doc did protect NES with his "big pro town role", then the mafia can wipe out others, thus it would be better if the mafia be kept in the dark of his role.
To sum it up; do you want the doc to be tied up with NES and not protect anyone else?
First, you say you don't want a role claim, saying that it would be better if the mafia remain clueless. Then, you want a role claim, which, to me, makes you appear like mafia, thirsting after knowledge.Skittles! wrote:But in time, what if we find out that someone else has a bigger pro-town power role and we've just been wasting a doc?dominationnation wrote:Are you asking me-do you want the doc to have a good idea as to who to protect rather than randomly guessing and possably protecting a mafia-then the answer is yes.Skittles! wrote:Why would I want to him to roleclaim? Ah, I'm floundering. Slowly... pushing... for... a... role...claim.

Pretty much. I got convinced that the doc (if it wasn't NES, unfortunately it seemed that he was) could protect him if he role claimed. As stated before, it's just unfortunate that he was the doc and so therefore couldn't exactly role claim and protect yourself.Fircoal wrote:actually I think it's more that he got persuaded by the town, and maybe didn't want to look like mafia so went with the town.
