I'd like to know how looking at the logs helps? From what I can tell, for rounds 2,3,4,5,6 these two did not attack each other. To me, this looks like 2 players ganging up on one (and i'd see it this way if it wasn't my game).
I have checked sndscott and forget69 if they are possible multis and they seem to be legitimate accounts. I have also checked their other games and they rarely play each other.
Based from the game you have provided, I noticed that forget69 eliminated sndscott first before you. Alliances usually kill their opponent first before going at each other. Either you were just at the wrong place at the wrong time, or you were the strongest at that time, or you were becoming a threat to them, or whatever reason it may be, we do not have a strong evidence to make a block.
You can leave an appropriate feedback for them and take the game as it is.
