Y'know, considering Fircoal was a doc he was probably protecting nag this whole time, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Nag alive still. Regardless if he is a town or not.
Not sure who to believe here, however Cena has already claimed one person to be scum when they are not, meaning he is either scum trying to knock off innocents, or that he is one horrible cop. One way he is against the town, the other he is useless to us and can damage the town.

Great, I claim doctor and supposedly get 2 vigilantes after me. What the hell is wrong with you guys. Also, someone else claims mason cop and he gets lynched as well.

I already gave my reasoning why it takes at least half to lynch somebody. Five votes out of nine possible votes (when ten people are alive) means you got lynched.
