it is possible on ANY freestyle game. but while it is within the rules, it is also within the rules for folks to leave you negative feedback when you do such things, which is why sam has so many negatives. its frowned upon by most players worth their salt.Ditch wrote:I'm a bit confused on this issue. Is it only possible on 1 vs 1 speed games?

in a 24-hour round game, once it is down to 2 players left, if you are the first person to play in a round, and you wait until there is very little time left in the round (when sam was doing it to me, he was waiting til there were like 10 seconds left) and play your turn in the last minute your opponent will only have a few seconds to play his turn, and will then msis his turn, he will get multiplied armies in the next turn, but they will not have an opportunity to get a card or break any bonuses. plus once they have officially missed their turn and the new round begins you may start out the round as well.Ditch wrote:I'm still not sure how it works though. Like, he waits 'til the last second... how does that effect you? Only if you then quickly click to start your turn or what?
I play all 24 hour turn multi-player games so I don't know how something like this could be done there, it seems kinda vague.

I wondered about this too. I didn't have anyone run it down to 5 seconds, but it'd be nice to at least set the clock to the 1hr that the first person has to take their turn.wintermute wrote:This might not be the right place for this, but has it been considered that in the case of freestyle games, that when a player goes the clock resets to some interval (maybe not the full 24 hours, but some decent time period) to prevent/discourage this behavior?
