but it doesn't make sense to me to report bugs on an open forum, since bugs = exploitation that can be written off as a mistake by a player who saw such a report of a bug

but if you report it then they will be fixed before most get the chance to exploit it. Besides most bugs arnt exploitable as they are more like not being able to start a turn or armies not showing up on the board.

Correct, and people can always report things to the Technical Support & Game Problems Dept. in E-ticket.
