I voted Pierce Brosnan because Goldeneye is my favourite Bond movie, but apart from that, there all very even and hard to vote apart.

Btw, Woody Allen, wtf?

Timothy Dalton was by far the WORST! And had to act in the worst Bond films...

Daniel Craig I just like because of Layercake.

Did you know that Woody Allen played in a parody Casino Royale in 1967 (he played Jimmy Bond!)?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061452/

The film, although the cast is perfect, isn't that good.

How come you didn't include David Niven then?

Anyway as I have yet to see Mr.Craig's performance as 007, I'll have to go with Sean and his oh so shecksy Scottissh ackshent! :)

Pierce Brosnan, he played Bond back when I watched the movies (I've probably seen every one, even the old shitty ones). The new guy is shit though, and the movies shit to. Instead of a spy thriller, its just some retarded guy trying to win money in an illegal poker game. Yeah, I care about people laundering money or some shit, talk about a fucked up plot.

I really liked Lazenby in OHMSS, although most everybody I know is glad he didn't come back. Still think he would have been better than Moore. Connery in a walk, though. He invented the character. Everybody else that's tried to do the character have basically been impersonating Sean Connery. To varying levels of success.

I agree. He is the standard by which all others have been judged.

DALTON & CRAIG TIED

Post by taranwandrer »

WOW.
cant believe that one.
craig got such a media blitz of support with casino royale
but im
my opinion
that film was just a great spy film, not a BOND MOVIE
he just isnt bond
he might be the best actor perhaps, but he isnt bond
sorry
BROSNAN would have been great if that movie had been for a semi retired and rusty bond on that job instead of a newrusty one.
and having the old lady in it didnt even make sense canon wise

timothy dalton was ian fleming's james bond.,btw

Sean Connery. By a mile. What's with all this humourless chiselled shite? What happened to slapping girls on the arse and winking?

Also, for the brits, the first actor to play bond on the screen was Bob Holness. From Blockbusters.

Pierce Brosnan mainly cause i haven't seen any others except the new one and his.
I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is.
