How do I have retaliatory feedback removed? I have had it done before, but I canot remember who helped me.

I posted neg feed back because you were offensive...

Check the chat, and I have mails sent from him, swearing at me beaucse I will not remove it.

As hwhrhett said, go to the "help" tab at the top of the screen and fill out an eticket describing your problem. This is how we handle appeals for feedback and busts/blocks
