Unfortunately, however, the person DOES get a say... If it goes 4/4 split for two people, then a MAJORITY of the population has not reached a verdict...

Well that makes sense, but I can see some problems with this. Scum speed lynching would be easier for instance.

I'm more thinking he's the Capulet bodyguard right now... If he was doc why would he have to protect the two anti-town factions? He's damn hard to understand, but I think the way he wrote it is beyond a mistake in the words' order
