The lynch of Kwanton will probably tell us the true identity of AD seeing how he would rather a no lynch when Kwanton has only claimed plain town.Anarkistsdream wrote:I am set in my ways.ga7 wrote:12 hours for the deadline, are you guys really wanting to let this go no lynch?
I'm of the opinion that it would be better to lynch AD now, instead of hoping that the recruiter will make some stupid mistake.ga7 wrote:That is just plain awesome, because Jnd was the one I investigated and Exile gave me a guard (townie) result... That must mean he was recruited this night and Exile is a nasty nasty mod

It sucks that Jake died as thief can be pretty useful, but since his submarining was suspicious that makes one less suspect.
Anyway I'm starting to think that the recruitment works only on townies, and that each cult might have a recruitable "believer" power role like Nes had... Which means we need to lynch AD eventually. However at this point I think it'd be more useful to find the talos cult leader (as I fail miserably to do so with the investigations). I have some suspicions, but will wait to see if someone has something to propose.
I fully agree with ga7 that we need to lynch a potential Talos cult leader, before they manage to outnumber the town.On day 3 Anarkistsdream wrote:I will not vote Nag.
On the other hand,
Vote: GA7 for pushing so hard
PCM (who only posted once, early in the day)kalishnikov wrote:No I haven't, and I believe that you stayed town for exactly the reason you pointed out, neither cult has any real advantage over the town's numbers.kwanton wrote:Have you ever had it happen that two different cults try to recruit you?
Me neither. In an odd situation like this who knows what choices the mod would give? I was given three choices, join one or the other or neither. In that situation, my reasoning was neither side had any advantage over each other or the town. That early in the game, the town still had a large numbers advantage. Also, the chances one of the two would try to recruit me again were high since the two were told the choice I chose. If I wanted to join at a later time then the option would probably be available to me.
I'm still a barbarian. I'm still a townie. Any questions?

I agree that your assumption makes sense, number wise, but I thought I'd just bring up the one sensible thought I hadga7 wrote:You're right, I'm assuming that because since there's several cults town would have no chance pretty quickly else... Just to make sure, as it'd make sense that the 3 gods started with equal chances, can you confirm that there isn't another mason XG?
QFT. Remember NES was a Lathander paladin. I seriously doubt Nag's night one choice would be to recruit NES..Koesen wrote:One remark that comes to mind is that the above assumes that on Day One, the cults only consisted of the recruiters. The number might be off if they already had a member or two. This was one of the mistakes made in the Re Inquisition mafia.
