ironically, my aunt gave me her old computer when she bought a new one. :wink: Really, just walked up to my door with a keyboard and mouse, and 2 other guys with the monitor and hard drive.

You can hope for such things to happen. :lol:

most of my relatives all live far away :(

besides I don't want some crappy hand-me-down, I want a real graphics computer that won't slow down when I save a big photoshop file or that doesn't mind playing a few pc games here and there...

Actually it's the best computer I've ever had... :D Don't remember the actual specs/too lazy to check, but it's a good one.
