Dude, there's a reason for this:
the Daily Mail's full of scaremongering crap

Besides which, it barely qualifies as a newspaper anyway.

What were last months headlines? As a wild guess, stuff about Diana (who's been dead for years) and Madeline (who in reality is probably dead too). Diana's death was news last millenium, and Madeline's disappearance is hardly groundbreaking news. Other things have happened since then.

I think your actually wrong about the instinctual urge theory. Seemingly in a modern world, a man distinguishes himself from other men by the ability to adapt to diverse circumstances and be able to critically look at the world around him in order to shape his views and actions.

Riiight

So, because we have lap-tops, cell phones and sports cars, we turn into sexual predators?

so where is this relavant to anything above it?

You tell me? What in the world has what you said got to to do with anything I had said previously?

Camera plato on the jet-plane dashboard?

no i would signify a difference between old money and new money though. Certainly old money is likely to have conservative views and that would seem to be a matter of course. However lets face it, the nature of basic political ideology leads conservatives to have a better draw if your talking about very top crust. However this breaks down a lot since most people arent that rich.

Also my rant is much more related to social conservatism than economic, and you should be able to see that.

Oblong forum post, without health and safety?

this is certainly more related to what i find in american conservatism and i qualified that in the above sentence.

[null an void]

in truth its a bit of a jest everything really. But i think it shows that just as easily you can turn a silly premise around and prove the opposite.

Well, you've got to admit, I must've ruffled your feathers somewhat, since you have started talking about socio-economics....

Right, so in reporting madeline and diana, they are scare-mongering? Is that what you are trying to say?

Or are you just talking out of your rectum again?

Yes.

Though, more libertine than libertarian, thankyou.

However, the attempted irony doesn't rub very well against my green. Very poor. One thing I never understood about liberals, is this situation....

Everyone has a right to choose there destiny in your opinion, yes?

Given examples:

If a lesbian lady wishes to be a lesbian, this is ok. If a hetero-sexual guy wants to wear pink shirts, this is ok. If a man wishes to divorce a lady for a younger woman, this is ok pending 50-50 split of assets, and legal proceedings.

But what if I just want to live on my own patch of land, and not have to pay for the existence of others?

Oh non no no no...thats not allowed....thats sooooo naughty, bad me, slap on the wrist.

See, among your perverted hidden agendas, is another sinister agenda...it is called the politics of envy, and it is fuelled by liberals and pinkoes "want"....

Perverts and green-eyed monsters.

"A liberal is a man who is willing to give away everything that is not his"

see norse thats where i feel you short it a little bit. Of course when we talk about something wide enough as liberal views your going to get a range but....

consistently speaking i dont differentiate between you and the examples you listed. I mean you have the right to the opinions and try to live the life you wanna live. I dont have to agree with it, but i understand you have the capacity to want to make your own choices.

Does this have limits, yes clearly it does but what your talking about should still fit within limits of choice and desire to try and live your own life.

Will i support movements that disagree with those philsophies, yes. Do i think the average person is probably compelled to contribute more to the greater society than that yes (but admittedly your example is more simplistic than in reality). Would i make you live the type of lifestyle, no of course not. No more than i would make a guy take off that pink shirt that i think looks silly.

Because such a philosophy is completely ridiculous and completely impractical. It's mindsets like that which hold our society back.

i dont think your feebleminded i simply disagree.

i think the difference between you and me norse is that you assume you have to have some kind of line in the sand mentality in order to survive or hang on to what is true.

Im much more of a wanderer in my views and seemingly in personality. No one has to agree with me, im fairly unassuming in how i see the world. Ill do what i need to support myself and the things that i believe in, and ill try and do it without trampling over people or viciously protecting myself by shutting off part of myself from people in fear.

I am comfortable enough with who i am and who im trying to be to need to consistently deride and try to show that im more of a man than i am. I suggest trying that norse.

Hecter, behave now.

If everybody thought like that, then everybody would be stuck in their houses, grabbing at their money and what ever else they could find.

To those of you that this would apply...
Jesus was a socialist in the extreme. A loving religion and conservatism do not mix.

No, Dickhead, what I said was that you were calling yourself feeble-minded.....

But I suppose you sum this up quite eloquently by yourself.

Yes, I fear....I fear people like you get any power....especially the Mcdonalds jobs....Damn, I want my burgers done correctly in future....

Anyhoo, I really must go, my veggy burger is going cold.

norse what exactly are you afraid of? seemingly the moment that anyone keeps a cool head about themselves you tend to falter. Frankly, although i suppose im a bit of a novice about these things, it seems like hte world you live in is one that is out to get you. The problem is thats the same world i live in, and its out to get me too. Its out to get everyone in some sense. Yet your views suggest someone who has decided that instead of someone will try and find ways to work to improve their situation or that of ours as part of a reflection of the way the world works you will run and cower behind visions of things that cant be.

Norse i may not end up being more right than you or sleep better than you or end up being anything at all. But i wont end up living my life as someone who hates or doesnt grow out of a fear that i will lose the little that i have and will end up gaining.

There is a strength in my ability to be weak that i feel you will never be able to understand.

Norse you ignorant little SOB. Just because one man believes something or associates themselves with something doesn't mean that everyone believes the same thing. I am a liberal, but does that make me think like other liberals? HELL NO. I believe in what is right instead of what others want.

If you want to attack me for being a liberal, attack me with what i believe, not what other often crazy minded people think. You just pull out the worst in a diverse group and associate everyone in that group with the worst. You pull the gay pervert card when heterosexuals do the exact same things. Have you seen the commercials and music videos and all the media lately? This world is overrun with sexuallity both from gays and straights.

How about you look at the worst in conservatives before you associate all of us with the worst in liberals

Not that I care enough to argue with someone so close minded... but I found it amusing that Norse is currently , in his own words, "Shagging DAZMCFC's wife....She loves it.." (according to his "location"), and that his interests are "Football, RTS games, ladies with fat asses who like being roughly fucked."

How dare the gays run around and destroy the world with their fashion sense and caring nature when we could be celebrating the sanctity of marriage by cracking jokes about adultery and acting like sexist asshats.

Who actually gives a f*ck, my quality of life hasn't changed in any possible way. You can insult me all you like but you just live in a deluded world based upon the right-wing theories concocted by your spectator magazine etc. Sure, I can post political theory knowing full well you won't understand it because you've never actually done any proper research into the topic you're harping on about, what was it?
