Mutually Pause Speed Games

Concise Idea: Agree among players to pause a speed game

Suggestion Idea: In the event that somebody has to unexpectedly leave, or a speed game takes longer than expected, there should be some way to temporarily pause a speed game.
Specifics: Install a vote-on-pausing-a-speed-game button during speed games
Why it is needed: In case somebody unexpectedly has to leave or a speed game takes longer than expected

maybe not pause but convert into casual formate. and then once returned then can choose to resume speed game.

Turning it into a casual game from a speed game has already been suggested
