These are suspected Multis/Secret Alliance

Suspect users: raptillicus and soulmaster

Comments: Both of them do not appear to attack each other, although the raptillicus border in south europe and west europe only have one army, soulmaster do not appear to make an attack from africa for few round, that very suspicious.

right now raptillicus is dominant in game, he conquare my stronghold in oceania, and left his stronghold (europe), but soulmaster do not even do something about it/ take advantage of it. few round had been pass with doing nothing

One of the players in your subject is different from one of the players in your suspect list. Could you clarify this?

Actually, I am right now. I just want it done right.

After looking into it:
raptillicus, soulmaster and MIBnSAM are cleared for being multis with one another. If you feel that there is or was a secret alliance between these three, feel free to leave a feedback about it, supported with facts from the game.

sorry, post wrong header, only raptillicus and soulmaster, i just edit it, thx for your notice.

there is no battle between them till now, soulmaster could distrub europe area to prevent bonus, there is only 1 guard in the border, since there is not even attack of each others (between them)
