Mount Everest Map...

Hi Guys,

The other day I came up with a plan...

Not sure how good it might be though...

But what do you reckon...

Each route up everest is a continent... each fatality can be a special space...

Territories would need to be made along each route... with place names (from the mountain)

More links between routes might be needed though...

Anyone fancy picking this up - I'll code XML for you.

so this is something like rail usa?

could be interesting but the main problem is connecting all the routes in a realistic fashion. because drawing lines between them with no logical and realistic support won't be nice.

Interesting. What you need to do is figure out which of the routes cross connect in real life. By cross connect, I mean that they aren't really connected - but for safety reasons there is a way to move between them.

The way I see it would be a bunch of base camps - sometimes 2 or 3 per route. Routes run from just above the base camps to gathering point. From here the final assault is made.

So you'd want 4 bonus types: Base camps (no overlap with Routes), Routes (all stopping points), Assault areas (gathering points overlap Routes), and Flag (Top of the mountain - start neutral).

For objective based you could have the entire Assault area and Flag be neutral and have it be first one to get to the Flag.

Just some ideas.

P.S. I don't have Photoshop and suck at drawing images. I used to be slightly familiar with XML, but I haven't worked in software for 3 years.
