The below items (29 and 30)should be listed in the team games rules so teams don't get screwed in a middle of a game.
29. My team holds an entire continent why aren't we getting the bonus?
In order to get the bonus for a continent one player must hold the entire continent.
30. How can I get a whole continent without attacking my team mate?
You can't. The best thing to do is fortify all but 1 of your men from the territory your partner needs, this will make it easier for them to take the territory.

As far as not being able to turn in when you have a set, I am guessing that you are talking about right after you eliminate someone.
You are unable to cash in a set mid-turn, unless you are forced to do so (5+ cards) - at which point you may continue cashing until you can no longer cash.

Either the team member with the most territories on the continent gets the bonus, or it's split on who has the most armies on that continent.
Example, If we have a continent worth five armies and I own 3/4 of that continent all five go to me. From there I can fortify those armies to my teammate if I choose.
The card issue came up on a game with flat rate card bonus. I had one red card and 3 blue cards and it never game me the option to use the blue cards on the beginning of the turn.
