No lynch? No lynches are bad for town because it gives the mafia a free kill when most scumtells come from voting patterns. We'd be no better off tomorrow than today after a no lynch.
Unvote Vote Kiwi

Of course it isn't easy to make out much of anything from first round accusations. They always seem more random than anything else.

ok guys.. considering there are 72 hours we have a plenty of time so I don't want anyone putting anyone lynch -1 and certainly no hammering without waiting for a claim. Kiwi is -2 so let him post a defence for his no lynch vote before anyone else votes. Right now he seems like a scapegoat because he made a no lynch mistake so it will be interesting to hear from his reasoning. The reason I don't think there should be a quick lynch is because asssuming this is a c9 setup with 2 scum and 5 townies (possibly including a cop/doc) and we get the wrong guy and another random townie dies in the night then that puts mafia in a lynch and lose situation which we don't want so its got to be definitive that we've caught scum in kiwitaker (for making a no lynch mistake). In my opinion its a 50/50 (I've seen noob townies make a no lynch mistake and been hung and turned up town, but I've also seen scum make a no lynch mistake on day one, geographical in ww2 mafia is the first case that springs to mind) so please no more votes until we hear from kiwitaker!

Agreed, but I'm keeping my vote on Kiwi unless someone else puts another vote on him. He's still my biggest suspect.

My reasoning is that if any innocent townie is killed then the townies will be down 2 already and you must remember that this is only my second game of mafia.
Vintage Mythology Dulce et decorum est, pro patria mori
Well, I'll chalk it up to a novice mistake (one I made too) and unvote. But remember that being down two townies with incriminating evidence is better that being down one and still not knowing a thing. An important part of this game is sacrifice.
Now, getting back on track, NES must feel weird not having one, single vote on him. Vote NES

A few more thoughts... Your reasoning behind your vote for no lynch is stupid because if we don't lynch, mafia just get an extra kill and we have no voting records to go with, so I could be tempted to swing a vote your way. Also, subsequently unvoting and voting a random with no reason doesn't speak much for you NES has been quiet, normally he is shouting his head off and throwing scum tells everywere, possibly trying to lay low. F1fth, possibly the 2nd most experienced here though still new keeps switching between NES and kiwi, arguably looking for an easy target to bandwagon on so I am suspicious of him too.

The italics part of the message is the reason I got lynched in my VERY first game I am thinking that I am becoming a victim of bandwagon trains...
Either way, My vote stays on kiwi for if I did not get away with a no lynch goof up, kiwi is going to suffer the same fate... A no lynch later in the game is LESS devastating, but still not too wise.
I'm back after an all too long hiatus.
Real life sure knows how to intervene.
I think it would be best right now to just keep things even and decide reasonably who to vote out. It sucks, but someone has to go, might as well have some reasoning...voting randomly gives the Mafia good odds.
