That’s right, Official Usergroups/Clansare back, and back with a vengeance. Well maybe not really with a vengeance, but they are back! We still plan to use Rivals in the future when it and phpBB 3 Forum software are both ready, but for now we aren’t going to wait! So lets get to it...
Usergroups/Clans, for those unfamiliar, are member organized and run groups of people. They may share similar styles of play, geographic location, other varying interests, or perhaps may just be a group of friends (or enemies) looking to get together in some organized fashion. Usergroups are what you make them, that is the beauty.
And now you are probably wondering what special perks are out there for prospective Usergroups...well I’ll tell you!
Your very own private board.
Personal member list.
The ability to allow or disallow new members from joining.
The warm happy feeling of being with friends.
In the future we hope to add a full clan and ladder system called Rivals, check out the Rivals website for more details.
Sounds like a bowl of bananas, doesn’t it! But what does it take to start your very own Usergroup? Listen up...
Name: You need a Usergroup name, think of something good.
Description: You need something to describe your Usergroup to the outside world.
Leader: You need a leader. Are you the leader?
Members: You need to recruit at least 9 members (not including yourself).
Patience: Don’t get frustrated if your application isn’t accepted in an hour.
(Note: All Clan Recruitment topics should go in the Callouts Forum. Look for prospective members there. )
Copy and Paste the above form into an E-Ticket Application(located under Help) for the Usergroup/Clan Request Dept., and supply us with the above information.
And voila! In time you and your members will have your new Usergroup! So what are you waiting for? Apply for a Usergroup today!
And for the existing Usergroups out there, if you’d like to change or alter something, similarly fill out an E-Ticket for the Usergroup/Clan Request Dept. with the details included inside and we’ll get back to you!
Note: To remain an active Usergroup/Clan, you must have at least 5 active members on the Scoreboard. If your Usergroup/Clan falls below this, you will be given one week's time to reestablish activity.
Thanks, and Happy Conquer Clubbing!

Regarding existing user groups, some of these are dead as dodos can the dead ones be removed so when someones looks at user groups only active ones can be seen.
PS looks like the ponies will be under pressure to make it with the departure of some of their members they will barely have 10 left, I'm fairly confident they will not be refused admission though
Don't now why people on here don't like being cooks, remember under siege: A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.

I'm wondering, can staff be clan leaders, or no?
Fireside Poet was a mod and leader of the dragoons at the same time
