From how it was reexplained to me you would be correct Dustn. I also agree with Kwanton that you shouldn't use the power tonight cena unless you have a cop investigative role that can tell you that so and so was scum.

While Nagerous seems to be begging to be lynched (and probably should be) I'm going to keep my vote on Jake.
He's submarining and mildly noobish: the perfect Day 1 kill.
Although right now there are better targets than Nagerous, he might make a decent lynch in a pinch. In any event, a watch should probably be kept on him. It's possible for a minor scum role to slip through the suspiscion cracks, jusy by acting crazy.
