If we don't give new mods/players a chance, our player and game pool is gonna stagnate pretty quickly, further decreasing the quality of the remaining games. We were all noobs at one time, and some (like me) still are but without new blood interest is going to start to wane (think that's the right spelling?).

You gotta give people the benefit of the doubt or else the remaining hardcore players are gonna burn out. Even the noobs like me are starting to get sick of carrying games because they are dying from lack of posting.

Confirm, but there was no role in the pm.

That was deliberate, I assume, but just wanted to check as usually when you "confirm" you are confirming the fact that you received your role and are ready to play.

I'm not holding my breath on this one. You don't send out a preconfirm signup. If people are signed up in a game you send the role. Right now I'm tempted to just drop it since I have my doubts about this actually being ran long.
