Err no, I'm pretty damn sure you're scum Nes and of course he has to vote you, but with his afterwords it looks like he's trying to hint you to defend yourself or confuse the town while doing it. Notice the emphasis on "if you really are a cop" etc.

Basically, its more of a just in case. Even in Mafia, you never know when someone is scum or not for sure.

Of course, the fact that he didn't even state who he investigated, at first chance shows that he is truely scum. However, at this point, him stating who he investigated won't help. Its more of a "just in case you truely are a cop", tell us who you investigated so that when you are lynched things wouldn't have gone COMPLETELY downhill. with 2 docs and a cop dead its not looking good.

I'm still not sure about Cena, but if the backup cop listened to my advice on the previous day I'd like him to come out in case he got scum...
For now I won't vote, but FOS Fireedud & XG for their past actions.
I would like PCM to be replaced, he never answered any prod and his submarining is too much of a pain in the ass regardless of his alignment. We need everyone active today.

Right, Spin means that if mafia overpowers the town or we kill the last scum you win if you're alive. But still, you're not acting like a survivor right now. Voting around could be dangerous and I think I'd rather take the risk and vote you off if you abuse of it as in this situation you could screw the town without second thoughts.
