In the event of a nuclear explosion, the thyroid gland soaks up radiation from the blast causing all sorts of ugly physical problems (if you are lucky enough, (or unlucky enough, depending on your view) to live through the blast. Potassium iodide is a stable form of radiation which fills the thyroid to saturation so it can't absorb any more harmful substances.Utafar wrote:please.......explainmisscrystal wrote:There isn't an option for all of the above.
Personally, I'd advise against worshipping anyone on the list.
I'd also advise stocking up on potassium iodide if you live near a major city....but that's an idea for another thread, I think.
