Suggestion filter, maybe cheating/abuse as well

what if we made the suggestions forum so that only a few select people could make the THREADS but any1 could post in those threads. what this means is that you make a sticky or something on how to suggest something and in the sticky there are links to send the suggestion to these certain people and it would be their responsibility to check it against the to do list and stop any suggestions already out there. also in order for your suggestion to work you would need to send it completed according to the form b4 they post it and you can tell them the specifics of a poll or something to add.

same thing could be done to cheating, wouldnt really help tho other than to make sure everything is in the form.

this is mainly to stop repeat threads and clean the forum up a little.

priority ? (depends on how much you hate repeat threads lol)

this could be useful...though the mod squad is already busy...who would get the glorious job of filtering through all of that?

i would say random people that the mods feel are trustworthy and active enough to do so

Hera, any suggestions of trustworthy and active people in the suggestions forum - I've been looking for a couple and there don't seem to be too many people who just "hang out" in here

This is the first forum I check everytime I get on CC. Often times it's the only forum I check.

As for the idea, I'm generally for it. There is a potential for abuse if the person/people chosen aren't really suited for the job, but overall it'd help keep the forum clean from bad ideas, impossible ideas, or redundant ideas.
