i know this idea has been brought up about making a new rank and im not sure what ever happened 2 it. i was thinkin of somethin like a president or a dictator. and this is how it would work you would have your first and only general as the president and then when we got our second general they would play a risk game to see who will be the new president the one that loses has to wait 15 days 2 fight the president again if hes still a general

And what when we get a third general? A three way war? That would still work, but imagine if we get 7 generals at some point. A standard game wouldn't cut it anymore.

too complicated. I agree we should have another rank so the alstergren's and Pilates of the world ave something to shoot for. However your proposal doesn't fit with any of the other rankings CC currently has.

Just add Marshall. 4000 points, 300 games.

maybe every two months highborn (now in charge of tourneys) sets up tournament games where the top 12 people enter and the winner gets some special title for the rest of the month.

it could be set up:

round 1:
3 games 4 people each. positions in game drawn randomly. winner in each game moves on

round 2:
One game with 3 people (the winner from each game in round 1)
Winner is known as Riskmaster until the next tournament.

What if some of the ppl in the top 12 dont want to play in that tournament?

It's still not a very good one though IMO. I would bet a few people in the top 12 wouldn't want to play in that game. Perhaps the first one everyoen would play but after a while people wouldn't. So we could have someone in 15th-20th place and their rank is riskmaster? Then they hold that position for a month, and we all know your score can drop precipitously in a few days time. I don't want to see someone in like 50th place with the rank of riskmaster.

I think it would be cool if there were Generals of different ranks. In real armies, Generals have a number of stars to indicate who is in chrage. 1 star if the lowest ranking General and 4 stars is the highest in non war times. In war time the highest rank is a 5 star General, so maybe the top player could have 5 of the current General icon to indicate supremacy.
