Feed back sugestion [closed]

Post by Mr_Adams »

well, I often rush when leaving feedbacks and don't realize how stupid i sound in them. I thought it would be realy cool if you were able to edit feedbacks, even after the game is put into archives, or whatever

Be careful, you can't resubmit if you delete it after the game is archived. However, you can edit the feedback at any time. You'll find [edit] links if you look closely (or even not so closely).

ok I see, I tried going to the game to change the feedback and the option wasn't there so i clicked on the person's name, and the edit option wasn't there either, but when I went through MY comments it was there. Another Boneheaded move by Mr_Adams :?

Aren't you a mod? Shouldn't you know that we already can edit all feedback given?

IMO, the mods should know the rules and what goes on in CC. I know I'm being harsh, but its really stupid that a MOD doesn't know this.

Feedbacks can be edited by clicking at the My Feedback link located on the left sidebar then click on the Feedback Left.

Some don't bother editing once they have made their feedbacks, so some are not yet familiar with this new rule of editing it, but are more acquainted with the other rules and guidelines . We are all only human.

Just saying, shouldn't a mod know these kinds of things? I understand she's new and all, but I still think that mods should have this kind of knowledge

And shouldn't mods not reiterate what the owner/ runner of the site says?

Regardless, jennifermarie can be correct. If the game has not yet been archived, then the player can still delete the feedback and make a new one.

No reiteration. I gave details on how to edit the feedback for the thread starter and for anyone who may not yet be familiar on how to do it. That is all.

There's plenty about this site I don't know, so what? Be nice to the new mods, or I'll let them borrow my whip.

Now, let's get back on topic please.
