I know what I do granted I run bigger ones is I'll send an e-mail to myself with each person listed and their role plus I'll keep updating that based off of their actions through out the game. My civil war game had the e-mail get ate somehow, but I still had at least the names for each character and more or less was able to piece it together for everyone at the end.

only problem with that fir is half the time you claim not to have access to it while in e-mail even if you e-mailed it to yourself you could do it no matter what comp you get on

I know, bu it hasn't been a problem lately, just when my computer messes up. They need to make an excel online.
