Any enthusiasm for a map based on LONDON?
My ideas, which I'll sketch out:
*Four or five "castles" (Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Tower of London, St Paul's cathedral and Canary Wharf) which give bonuses and can defended fairly easily.
*Smaller bonuses based on famous places (e.g. Trafalgar Sq, Leicester Sq, Piccadily, Oxford Circus etc)
*Ground between castles made up of famous streets (e.g. Strand, Fleet St, the Mall, Whitehall, Regent St - i.e. see Monopoly board) which connect the castles.
*Transport along the river Thames and over bridges.
*Use the underground tube network to hop from one side of the board to the other with, say, five or six stations dotted around the board.
Any thought? If people like the idea then I'll get some drafts drawn up.
