Everyone sends in:

5 choices for round 1 - RPS 5 style
7 choices for round 2 - RPS 7 style
9 choices for the quarter finals - RPS 9
15 choices for the semi's - RPS 15
25 choices for the final - RPS 25

In the case of a tie both players are eliminated and the person who was going to face them gets a bye. In the final if there is a tie I will go back to their first choice of round 1.

It's simple in RPS(all versions) you select a hand motion and beats half of the other hand motions.
