Also whoever is creating these accounts, if you really want to break his addiction, convince him in real life; not put cheating accusations on him over the internet. It won't help your cause!
capt.lebo.cheats is quite a duplicate username for the other two but we don't have any evidence other than that. So for now, he is cleared of being a multi.

one guy came to CC and made an account "captain lebo"
his friend starts playing as well, under the accound "captain.lebo.cheats" and then a day later this second person made "captain.lebo.cheat"
the first player "captain lebo" was accused of being multis with "captain.lebo.cheats" and was cleared.
now "captain.lebo.cheats" is accused with "captain.lebo.cheat" the verdict is that those two are multis, but the first player who si "captain lebo" is cleared once again

The two accounts that got busted are: cap.lebo.cheat and capt.lebo.cheat. Notice there is no "s" at the end.
The cleared ones are captain lebo and capt.lebo.cheats. It's a bit tricky the way they created these accounts but I guess they wanted to 'mock' the person who made the captain lebo account.
