Looks are nice and all, but enough people look decent (i.e. f*ckable) that something else is needed to distinguish them. Brains are okay, but you don't need intelleegent konversation from a significant other, other friends can satisfy that need just as easily and without the attendant drama. Personality, however, is absolutely key. If you don't enjoy being around someone, it doesn't matter how good-looking or smart they are. Heck, if they're simply uninteresting, you're gonna get sick of the other person eventually even if the sex is fun for a bit. Someone who is quirky, creative, playful, active, wise, and who most of all celebrates her life is best.

males from ages 16 to 40, I'd say to them looks are most important

past age 40 personality becomes more important, give or take few years

the guy better have the brain, or that starts to become more important, again not until men are older do they start considering this

nice to have all, but if guys are not attracted to them (especially between the 16 to 40 age, most wont give them the time or day, always exceptions i know), they dont care to get to know them to know whether they gots brains or a personality
