Flame wars is in need of rules for the forum.

I have noticed that the sticky that was made by Twill or Andy, I can't remember which, It's now gone. There are no specific rules posted under Rules, forum guidelines and forum FAQ. People like me, who have been around pretty much know not to make certain threads. But the new people don't know some of the rules.
ie: CC flame wars is for CC related topics or people.
I think It would be a good suggestion to make a sticky with the rules, and maybe what happens when a rule is broken. You know like the time out occurrences, they should be the same for everybody. Many people are banned for longer than someone else for the same offense.
It just would be nice to have a clear and concise outline of boundaries.
Then maybe people won't be so pissy to the mods when they go and lock threads or ban people. It is really not fair that a mod gets so much crap for doing their job. And it's not fair for the people that get threads locked or banned when the rule is not posted.
